Gift Certificate Redemption

When redeeming a gift certificate online you must use 100% of the gift certificate value or more. It will not be possible for you to check out of this website until you have spent the entire gift certificate balance. If you have questions or concerns, please call 1-800-843-5700. Here are the easy steps to follow to redeem your certificate. Please note, you will not be asked your certificate number until you have neared the end of the checkout process.

1. Shop. Browse any of the categories on the left for your favorites. Click "Buy Now" to place items into your shopping cart. The shopping cart summary on the right totals your purchases, but does not include shipping and handling charges. This will be figured during the checkout process. When you are finished shopping, click "Check Out".

2. Address. Fill in the shipping information following the instructions given. All required information must be entered before continuing with the checkout process. Enter a greeting if this package is being sent as a gift. Click on "Continue" when finished.

3. Shipping. Choose your shipping option. Click "Continue."

4. Payment. Here you will see the total amount due and an area for you to supply the gift certificate number. If you have more than one gift certificate, enter them one at a time and click "Apply." For any amount due after applying your gift certificates, enter your credit card information.

5. Confirmation. Enter your email address to receive order confirmations. Click "Submit" when finished with your order.
